For operators
There is one system. The number of courts, sectors and air handling units is installation configuration, not a different product.
Tennis or padel club
A handful of people run the hall alongside other jobs. Heating an empty hall and driving over to unlock costs them the most.
-
No more heating an empty hall
Pre-heating is computed for the start of a booking. If nobody comes, the hall is not heated.
-
Entry without keys
The player opens the door with a QR code from their phone. Nobody has to come and unlock.
-
Light follows the booking
It comes on five minutes before the start and goes off by itself afterwards.
-
A message when something is wrong
A drop in pressure, high wind or a fault sends an alert to your phone, even when the app is not open. You do not have to check the hall at night.
Municipal sports facility
Several clubs and a school use the hall. Finance wants to know what to re-invoice and to whom.
-
Re-invoicing sub-tenants
An MID-certified meter and consumption assigned to a specific booking.
-
Occupancy overview
How many hours the hall was in use, by whom and in which sector.
-
Records without paper
A system that measures wind creates its own task to inspect the hall after a storm and keeps the record of it.
-
Access rights
The manager and maintenance hold permanent rights; a club only for the duration of its booking.
Multi-hall operator
The difference between halls only becomes visible once they sit next to each other in one table.
-
Every hall on one screen
Status, alarms and occupancy at once, without switching accounts.
-
Consumption compared
Consumption per operating hour across halls. A hall that stands out usually has a reason.
-
One maintenance calendar
Running hours of fans and burners, replacement dates and generator test results across all halls.
-
The same interface everywhere
A manager must not feel they have entered a different product when they connect locally instead of through the cloud.
Public tender
You do not get into a tender without technical documents. These we have ready.
-
Modbus TCP and BACnet IP
Exposing measured parameters to the building management system. Without it, larger tenders are closed to you.
-
Freely programmable controller
To IEC 61131. Specifications often require it explicitly and rule out configurable controllers.
-
A written-out I/O scope
A reference diagram with named points, not an estimate.
-
Archiving with intervals
Defined intervals for every quantity and an SQL archive.
What we bring
Six things. Where we have a number, it is here. Where we do not, there is none.
-
An empty hall is not heated.
Pre-heating is computed for the start of a specific booking, not for an hour in a calendar. The weather forecast and solar gain through the membrane are part of the calculation.
-
Light is on where people play.
By sector, five minutes before the booking, with a run-on and a contactor check that the circuit actually closed.
5 min before the booking starts
-
Entry without a key.
A QR code bound to a booking, a sector and a time. The controller holds the list of valid entries, so access keeps working when the internet is down.
3 s lock pulse
-
You know what one booking costs you.
An MID-certified electricity meter is the basis for re-invoicing a sub-tenant. Consumption is matched to bookings, not to months. And when a customer pays for a warmer hall, the administration shows straight away whether it pays off in today’s weather.

-
The hall protects itself.
In wind and snow the controller in the hall reacts within seconds, without waiting for an operator. The mechanical parts — the emergency pressure switch and the safety thermostat — work even when the control system does not.
29 faults in the alarm catalogue
-
You see all of it from your phone.
Several halls at once, with consumption compared between them. Live values arrive every five seconds.
5 s telemetry to the control screen
Who it is for
| Type of operation | What it gets |
|---|---|
| Tennis or padel club | stops heating an empty hall, entry without keys |
| Municipal sports facility | re-invoicing sub-tenants, occupancy overview |
| Multi-hall operator | consumption compared across halls |
| Public tender | Modbus TCP and BACnet IP for the building management system |
What it costs
The price depends on the number of air handling units, lighting sectors and on what is already in the switchboard. I am happy to give you a specific figure for your hall.
