Bookings and access
A booking is not just a calendar entry. It is an instruction that prepares the hall and opens the door.

The label on each layer states what it really is. Anything still in development is not presented here as finished.
-
Booking a sector and a time
What is booked is a specific sector for a specific time, not the whole hall for an hour. From that moment the system knows what to prepare.
-
Adaptive pre-heating
The switch-on time is calculated backwards from the start of the booking, taking the weather forecast and solar gain through the envelope into account. Anyone who wants it warmer pays extra, per degree and hour.
-
Sector lighting
Switched per sector through contactors, five minutes before the start, with run-on and feedback from the contactor confirming the circuit actually closed.
-
QR access
A QR code on the phone opens the door. It is tied to the booking, the sector and the time, and the lock receives a three-second pulse.
-
Time-limited permissions
A club has access only during its own booking. Operator, maintenance and service hold permanent permissions so staff can always get in.
-
Access works during an internet outage
The controller keeps a list of valid entries and checks them locally. During a longer outage the validity of the last list is extended.
-
Notices to players
The manager sends the hall’s players an operational notice — closed, changed opening hours, sector out of service, technical shutdown. The template is translated into the player’s language; the note goes out word for word. Players find it in the application and on the notice board when booking; anyone with a booking at that time also receives an e-mail. It is neither a chat nor advertising.

Public page of the hall
Every hall can have its own public page with booking, contact details and location. The page opens in the language of the visitor’s country, and by default the hall speaks the language of the place where it stands.
